Why are people let down? The most common reasons are:
- Buying online. We hear this all the time that online orders haven’t arrived on time. Here at Party Blowout we are stockists of thousands of products, with over 80 colour choices. We have an online store and a showroom, buying locally not only helps a small local business but also takes away the worry of whether a carrier or the postal service might lose the order.
- Social media orders. The second most way we hear of people being let down is that they thought they had ordered from someone they know on social media however that person either didn’t accept the order or are not in a position to fulfil it. We have literally had people in the showroom an hour before their party asking us to make balloons as they went to collect only to find no balloons were made for them. Again as we hold stock we can make ‘on the spot’.
- Faulty balloons. We often have people saying they have purchased balloons to make themselves and either run out of time or find they have failed before the party has started. We only use good quality manufacturers for our balloons and quality check everything before it leaves us. Additionally with our balloon displays they are techniques and solutions that we use from our wealth of experience to ensure they last a long time.
Our advice? Obviously come to us in the first place 🙂
By doing so you can pick exactly what you want, when you want and how you want. It doesn’t matter what price someone says they will make your balloons, if they cannot give you the order then it is pointless using them. We have never been the cheapest or the most expensive, and pride ourselves in supplying good quality at a reasonable price.
